pho

I love Great Saigon — a great Vietnamese restaurant located in the Janaf Shopping Center in Norfolk, Virginia.  The wide selection of Vietnamese cuisine, the friendly staff, and the contemporary atmosphere make this a “must eat” restaurant in Hampton Roads.

If you aren’t too familiar with Vietnamese food, I would suggest pho (pronounced “fah” not “foe”), which is a hot Vietnamese noodle dish.  It comprises of rice vermicelli, cilantro, onions, green onions and a special beef broth.  There are different variation of meat you can have in your soup (I prefer meatballs and beef).

What makes this restaurant stand apart?  That’s simple.  The quality of ingredients is above par from the other pho restaurants in the area.
